A complete patient feedback, reputation and email marketing service, operated on your behalf and reported in one dashboard you can log into. Not a survey tool. Not a review widget. A working process, with the results measured.

The opportunity most practices miss
Everyone sells you new patients. Far fewer look at the ones you already have.
Every practice has patients who sat in the chair, were told what they needed, and never came back to book it. They are already registered, already engaged, and already know they need the work.
In one practice we measured, that came to £2.59m of privately priced treatment sitting unbooked – roughly a fifth of everything ever recommended. No advertising required to reach any of them.
Treatment recommended, over the practice's records
Review growth against local competitors
Review growth on its own tells you nothing. Fifteen new reviews is excellent in a quiet market and mediocre in a busy one. We track every competing practice in your area alongside you, so the number means something.
One practice we run this for takes 31% of all new reviews in an eight-practice area, where an even split would be 13%. That is the difference between growing and simply not falling behind.
How it works
This is the job – done for you, on a fixed monthly cycle, with the results visible.
A short, branded survey goes to the patients you've seen. Responses are scored and captured centrally, not left sitting in an inbox – satisfaction rates, response volumes and every individual comment, with the recurring themes surfaced so you're managing the cause rather than the symptom.
Where a patient raises a concern it goes straight to a named person at the practice with a status against it – logged, resolved, dismissed. You get the chance to put it right before it becomes a public review. That's the difference between a service recovery and a lost patient.
Patients are reminded how to share their experience, with the link in front of them – no chasing at the front desk and nobody having to remember to ask. The result is consistent monthly review growth, tracked against the practices you compete with so the number means something.
One designed, written campaign a month to the list you already own – promoting an open day, putting a treatment in front of the patients most likely to want it, or bringing back people who haven't been in for a while. Your list, your account, and the results in the same dashboard.
Who this is for
We take on a small number of practices at a time so each one is set up properly. You're a fit if the following sound like you.
The difference
Most platforms hand you software, send a link, and leave the practice to feed it and absorb whatever comes back. Nothing is read, nothing is resolved, and nothing tells you why the score is what it is.
| A review tool | Dendash | |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | You do. The tool sends links; the practice absorbs everything else. | We do. Survey, follow-ups, campaign and reporting run monthly on your behalf. |
| Unhappy patients | Find out when the review appears. | Reach you first, routed to a named owner with a resolution status attached. |
| What the score means | A number with no explanation behind it. | Recurring themes reported, so you manage the cause rather than the symptom. |
| Context | Your reviews, in isolation. | Tracked against every competing practice in your area, every month. |
| What else it earns | Nothing. Reviews only. | The same patient list powers a monthly email campaign. One process, two returns. |
| Who owns the data | Usually the platform. | You do – your list, your Mailchimp account, your Google profile, throughout. |
In their words
“We were collecting feedback and doing nothing with it. Now a concern reaches me the same week with a name against it, and I can see whether it was dealt with.”
“Seeing our review growth next to the practices down the road was the part I didn't expect. We thought we were doing well – turns out we're doing better than that, and now we can prove it.”
“The email campaign pays for the whole thing on its own. It goes out without me having to think about it, and it brings people back in.”
What it costs
Common questions
Roughly a few minutes a week. One named person owns feedback resolution – when a patient raises a concern it lands with them, they deal with it, and they mark it resolved. Everything else is run on your behalf: the survey, the follow-ups, the campaign and the reporting.
A Mailchimp account in your practice's name, with the cost paid directly by you so the list always remains yours. Access to your Google Business Profile so review activity can be tracked. And one person to own feedback resolution.
The feedback, review and email side works with any practice regardless of your system. The deeper patient value reporting – lifetime value, treatment conversion, private uptake among NHS patients – currently connects to Dentally. If you're on another system, tell us and we'll be straight with you about what you'd get.
You do, throughout. Your Mailchimp account, your patient list, your Google Business Profile. If you stop working with us you keep all of it. Nothing is held hostage.
No long tie-in. It's a monthly service and you can stop. We'd rather earn the renewal each month than rely on a contract to keep you.
You'll hear from a person, not an automated sequence. We'll talk through your practice, what you're trying to fix, and whether this is a fit. If it isn't, we'll say so.
